This application contains 15 audio review lectures with accompanying notes, graphs, and diagrams. The audio review lectures also boast an automatic scrolling feature that provides hands free reading while on the go. There are over 400 multiple-choice questions with hints and detailed explanations as well as over 400 flashcards that serve as a quick review of the most important Real Estate concepts.

This app was developed by Eric Bohlander, MBA. Eric is a graduate of Loyola University in Chicago where he graduated with an MBA and BBA in the areas of finance and accounting. Eric has worked in real estate over the years as a salesperson, a manager, a designated broker, and finally as an owner of a real estate franchise. In addition, Eric owned and operated a school of real estate.
Eric currently functions as a college instructor and teaches real estate for the largest real estate school in the state of Arizona. He also is the designated broker of a Phoenix property management company.

This app is very accurate and helpful in studying. It is easy and fun to use. The lectures, flashcards, and tests it has are awesome and full of facts. This app made the real estate vocabulary understandable. I like this app and recommend it to all real estate students.
After barely missing the passing score my first time I bought this app to help assist my studies for my second test taking... It worked! I passed and am thrilled. This app really helps, its portable so you dont have to carry around bulky papers or a computer. I used it at the gym and it really helped me with drilling the vocabulary. 5 stars!
